Kids Color Our World
This program is designed for kids age 0 to 12 to encourage life-long reading habits. Earn 'Library Bucks' for reading during the summer. Spend your bucks on prizes at the library. The more you earn, the cooler prizes you can afford!
Teen Color Our World
This program is designed for teens aged 12 to 18 to encourage life-long reading habits. Every 3 hours of reading earns you a prize, and every nine hours of reading enters you into the grand prize drawing!
Adult Color Our World
Read for AT LEAST 15 minutes during a day and get 10 points! (10 points/day for reading regardless of time spent, as long as you read 15+ minutes. Points can be won other ways.)
Your main goal is 300 total points, which can be gained by reading for 30 days or by coming to Adult Summer Programs (20 points for each event).
Extra raffle tickets awarded for every 50 extra points over 300 you achieve.
Graphic Novels, Manga, physical books, digital books, webcomics, and audio books are all accepted and ENCOURAGED forms of reading!
Raffle prizes will include a hot sauce prize bundle, a quilt prize bundle, a romance book bundle, a mystery book bundle, and a DVD bundle. Images of the prize bundles will be available at each branch and raffle tickets can be designated to whichever bundle(s) you would like!
